This is an application for condonation of delay in filing restoration application.

It is submitted that respondents have filed counter appeal bearing First Appeal No.978 of 2011 in which the respondents have filed the private paper book.

Hence, considering that this appeal was dismissed for non filing of private paper-book and hence, already in counter appeal private paper-book is filed, this application for condonation of delay in filing restoration is allowed and the appeal is restored to its original file, to be heard alongwith counter appeal bearing First Appeal No.978/2011.
