Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

This Court vide its order dated 05.07.2022, had appointed Justice A.B. Chaudhari (Retired), as Sole Arbitrator. Pursuant to said order, disclosure statement as required under the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was sought from the proposed Arbitrator. Accordingly Justice A.B. Choudhari (Retired), has addressed a communication dated 26.07.2022, showing his willingness to act as an Arbitrator to Rgd.

Order 0208mca573 resolve the dispute between the parties. The proposed Arbitrator has also submitted the disclosure as required under the provisions of the 1996 Act. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(a) Justice A.B. Chaudhari, (Retired), is appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

(b) The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- (Rs.Ten Thousand) with the Registry of this Court within a period of four weeks towards processing charges.

(c) Misc. Civil Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of, with no order as to costs.
