Accepting the explanation given in the application, the default on the part of the appellant in not depositing the amount within time as per the order passed by this Court on 1st February, 2016 is condoned and the appellant is granted two weeks' time to deposit the amount. If the amount is deposited within two weeks, the interim order granted on 1st February, 2016 shall stand restored.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
