The present application is for grant of bail in connection with Crime no. 334/2022 registered with Police Station, Karanja (GH), District Wardha for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 450, 120(b), 201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing the argument to some extent, this Court has expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant.
