We find that this Court has still not issued notice in the matter. The respondent nos. 2 to 7 are private respondents.

As this Court has still not issued notice in the matter and has not applied its mind on merits of the matter, without prejudice to the defences available to the respondents, we grant leave as prayed for by Shri Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant. 5.
