This application is filed by appellant for permission to deposit decretal amount.

Shri Kothari, learned Counsel for appellant, submits that vide order dated 25/4/2017 appellant was directed to deposit entire decretal amount within two weeks from the date of said order. However, said amount could not be deposited. It is submitted that appellant is ready to deposit entire decretal amount, which is to the extent of Rs.3,97,090/- and, therefore, time to deposit the amount may be extended by three weeks from today, For the grounds mentioned in the application, application is allowed.
