Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] I was not inclined to entertain the application. 3] At this stage, the learned counsel Shri Mandpe seeks leave to withdraw the application unconditionally. 4] The application is disposed of as withdrawn unconditionally.

5] However, request is made that the trial be expedited. Considering the present situation such a direction would not be appropriate. However, it is made clear, that if there is undue delay in proceeding with the

ba432.20.O.odt trial, not attributed to the accused, the applicant is at liberty to apply for bail before the Sessions Court on the ground of undue delay in proceeding with the trial.
