1722.17ca (2) aside. The appeal stood restored to the file against respondent Nos. 6 and 7 subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/- (Rs. One thousand only) to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur, to be paid within six weeks, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.

If cost is paid, issue fresh notice to respondent Nos.6 to 7, returnable in four weeks thereafter.
