Perused the application.

It is brought to my notice that already amount of Rs.17,00,000/- has been withdrawn by the applicants out of the total amount of Rs.22,86,967/-.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, no case is made out for withdrawal of the amount. Already substantial amount is withdrawn by the applicants. Hence, the civil application is rejected. No order as to costs.
