This is an application for condonation of delay in filing first appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 2nd February, 2012 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Wardha in L.A.C. No. 580 of 2005.

As the reasons stated in the application, more particularly in paragraph 5 are found to be satisfactory and sufficient to condone the delay in filing the first appeal. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. 4.

Civil application is disposed of.
