This is an application for grant of bail.

After hearing learned counsel for the applicant to some extent and after going through the investigation papers, it reveals that present applicant is abettor and prima-facie case is made out against the present applicant, I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh application after six months if there is no progress in the trial. 4.

I am aware about the pendency before the trial Court, but considering the victim has filed an affidavit that she has no objection to release the applicant on bail. 5.

Permission is granted to the applicant to file afresh application, if there is no progress in the trial. 6.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
