The appeal is already dismissed on 9th August, 2018. There is a deposit of Rs.25,000/- and Rs.3,50,000/- by the appellant. Rs.3,00,000/- is already withdrawn by respondent No.1. Hence, the direction:

a)Nazir is directed to transfer Rs.50,000/- and Rs.25,000/- along with the accrued interest in the bank account of respondent No.1 - Shyam Manohar Sable.
