This application is preferred by the appellant submitting as that the respondent No.1-Union of India has already filed private paper-book in First Appeal No.1280/2013, the filing of private paper-book in this appeal may be dispensed with. It is submitted that both the appeals are arising out of Land Acquisition Case No.48/2006. Hence, as the paper-book is filed in one of the appeals, this application is allowed and filing of private paper-book in this appeal is dispensed with. Both these appeals be tagged together and be fixed for final hearing.
