It appears that twelve months time was granted to the appellants to file private paper book subject to costs of Rs.500/- vide order dated 02/12/2016. The said period was further extended by six weeks vide order dated 07/08/2018. The said second appeal stood dismissed on 18/09/2018. Vide order dated 21/01/2022, appeal was restored and two weeks time further granted to file paper book. On 07/06/2022, further two weeks time was granted. Today none for appellant. One week time is granted by way of last chance failure to submit paper book, the appeal will be dismissed without reference to the Court.
