Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

For the reasons stated in the application the appellant could not deposit the decretal amount. Permission is granted to deposit the decreal amount of Rs. 1,89,617/- with the period of one week.

Application is disposed of.

First Appeal No.27/2021 There is a oral request for withdrawal of the entire decretal amount.

Heard learned Advocate Shri Lambat for the appellant.

Hence after deposit of the cheque, the nazir is directed to transfer 50% of the decretal amount alongwith interest to the bank account of respondent no.1 on furnishing necessary details and on usual undertaking.
