DATE : JUNE 09, 2017 This is an application filed by the appellant seeking dispensing with the filing of private paper book. It is submitted that in the counter appeal bearing First Appeal No. 1279 of 2013 raising challenge to the judgment and order of same LAC no.43 of 2006, the paper book is filed.

In view thereof, this application is allowed and the filing of private paper book in this appeal is dispensed with.
