Present application is seeking permission for withdrawal of the compensation amount.

The First Appeal is already disposed of vide order dated 17.03.2023 in Lok-Adalat. In view of the order of this Court in Lok-Adalat, the appellant is entitled to receive the refund of Rs.56,494/- along with accrued interest and the claimant is entitled to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,31,486/- along with accrued interest. The respondent No.1(A) who is the Power of Attorney holder for the respondent Nos.1(B) and 1(C) is permitted to withdraw Rs.1,31,486/- along with the accrued interest on due identification and verification. 3.
The respondent No.1(A) shall file an affidavit to the extent that she has disbursed the
