The learned Advocates for both parties submit that the petitions can be disposed of by directing the parties to maintain the status quo till the decision of the suits. They further submit that the trial Court be directed to expedite the pending suits.

On perusal of the record, it seems that respondent No.1 is the original plaintiff in both suits. The learned appellate Court allowed the applications for the grant of injunction, thereby restraining the defendants from causing interference in the suit property till the decision of the suits. One of the defendants, Mr. Motiram Tidke, has challenged both the orders in these petitions.

On 05-04-2019, this Court passed the order and directed the parties to maintain the status quo until further orders. Since then, the petitions have been pending.

The learned Counsel for both parties are ready to continue the status quo orders till the disposal of the suits, and, therefore, they have prayed accordingly. 6.

Having considered the same, in my view, it would be proper to dispose of both petitions by directing the parties to maintain the status quo till the disposal of the suits. 7.

Hence, the petitions are disposed of accordingly. The trial Courts are directed to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as possible. Until then, parties are to maintain the status quo concerning the suit properties.
