Subject to condition of depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of six weeks, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and award till the decision of the appeal. On failure of the appellant to deposit the amount within the stipulated period the stay is automatically vacated. The application is disposed of finally.
