Learned A.P.P. informs that the charge-sheet has been filed in the present matter on 21st March 2017. The applicant till today has not taken any steps to challenge filing of the charge-sheet.

In absence of challenge to the charge-sheet, we are not inclined to grant the relief prayed for by the applicant, hence, the application is dismissed.

However, the applicant may avail appropriate remedy including quashing of the charge-sheet before appropriate forum, if so advised.
