The present application is filed for permitting the appellants/applicants to make correction in the cause title regarding the correct address of the respondent nos. 9 and 10.

Though it is made clear that, they were served through paper publication, however, it appears that, the notices were not issued on correct address, which is supplied in this application. As such, the application is allowed.

Permission is granted to amend the petition by giving correct address of respondent nos. 9 and 10. 4.

The amendment to be carried out within a period of three days.

After amendment is carried out, issue notice to the respondent nos. 9 and 10 on their fresh address, returnable within two weeks.
