Accepting the explanation given in the application, the appellant is granted two weeks' time from today to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs). The interim order granted on 29th January, 2018 shall continue until further orders. If the appellant fails to deposit the amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs) till 18th April, 2018, the interim order shall cease to operate from 19th April, 2018 and the respondents / claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution. The civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs.
