The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 336 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 07/06/2019 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.C. No.87/2016. Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall not claim the interest for the delayed period i.e 336 days.
In view of the reasons stated in the said application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
The civil application stands disposed of.
