Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Government Pleader for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

It is informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the application of the Petitioner is going to be reconsidered in view of a Communication dated 30.09.2025 issued by the Deputy Director of Vocational Education and Training, Regional Office, Nagpur to Section Officer, Karyasan No.1(6), Nagpur. The communication is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

It appears that a fresh proposal dated 13/10/2025 was submitted by the Institution in respect of Petitioner No.2. The said proposal is already forwarded to the District

2 3-WP No.2883.2024 Vocational Education and Training Officer, Bhandara, in turn, he will forward the said proposal to the Respondent No.1 - Joint Director of Vocational Education and Training, Regional Office, Nagpur.

As such, on receipt of said proposal, the Respondent No.1 shall take a decision in respect of the Petitioner No.2 within a period of four weeks and include the name of the Petitioner No.2 if otherwise entitled to a waiting list for appointment on compassionate ground.

It is contended by the Petitioners that the amount of PF and GPF was not paid as per entitlement and less amount is paid, in that regard the Petitioners are at liberty to make a representation before the Authority. If such representation is made, it may be decided within a period of four weeks from the filing of the representation. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with these directions.
