On rejection of interim stay in a complaint filed before the Industrial Court, wherein the petitioner has raised a challenge to the show cause notice, this writ petition is filed. However, even before issuing the notices in this matter, a punishment order has already been issued, withholding three increments and treating the suspension period as leave period without pay. 3.

In that view of the matter, this petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner/employee to raise a grievance, if he so desires against the order of the punishment, before the appropriate forum.
