(Dated : 17/03/2019) Heard the parties along with the counsel.

The parties state that the matter has been compromised between the parties, as stated in terms of Pursis Form 'N' in the National Lok Adalat dated 17/03/2019.

This compromise is allowed, as the award against the owner of the vehicle has been satisfied and there is no proceeding at the instance of owner pending against the Insurance Company by way of cross-appeal, etc. and also he is reported to be dead.

Amount due / deposited as per compromise is allowed to withdraw by the appellant.
