Heard The learned Advocate for the applicants states that after the order dated 08.01.2025, whereby their application for rejection of plaint at Exh. 15 was rejected, certain other documents were found, on the basis of which, application for review came to be filed vide Ex. 26.

The learned Advocate for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the civil revision application with liberty to pursue the application for review. 4.

The learned Advocate for the respondent has no objection for the same.

In view of the above, the civil revision application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned Trial Court is requested to decide the application for review at the earliest and if possible, on or before 31.03.2026.

Right to challenge the impugned order in the revision will be available to the applicants if the review application is rejected.
