The contraband liquor has already been seized. Presently, the applicant is in jail custody. She was arrested on 22.3.2018. Her police custody remand is no more required. In view of above, I find that now this application can be allowed.

Application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 316/2018 registered with Police Station, Mul for the offences punishable under Sections 65 (e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act on her furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the following conditions :

(1) Applicant shall cooperate with the police in the investigation.

(2) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
