2] The learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed pursis stating therein that he intends to withdraw his power because the petitioner - Trust is not in contact with him. He had sent notice to the petitioner. Despite service of notice, none from the petitioner - Trust contacted him. In view thereof, Mr. S.K. Tambde, learned Counsel, stands discharged from appearing for the petitioner.
3] It appears that the petitioner - Trust is not interested in prosecuting the petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed as not prosecuted.
