This is an application for recalling of order dated 20.04.2021 and for appropriate orders.

At the outset, Ms. Vaishali Khadekar, learned counsel for the applicant makes a statement that she has instruction to withdraw the application. Ms. Vaishali Khadekar submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to file appropriate application before the learned trial Court if occasion arises.
