In paragraph no.8 of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge it is recorded that 17 cases for commission of similar offences are registered against the husband of applicant. At the time of hearing it is informed that Suraj Thakre - husband of applicant is released on regular bail. The copy of order passed in favour of Suraj Thakre is not produced either by the advocate for the applicant or by the learned AP.P.
