Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant. The judgment by the Claims Tribunal is pronounced on 06/01/2021. The period of 90 days is over. During the period, the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its order dated 23/03/2020 passed in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No.3/2021, has extended the period of limitation. This appeal was preferred on 30/03/2021. Hence, it is in time.

So also, it is but natural for the appellant to give the present address. The address mentioned in the title cause of the judgment, was an old address. That office objection is overruled. The appellant is ready to remove office objection at Sr. No.12. Office Objection No.17 is about leaving marginal space in the judgment of the Tribunal. It is not in the hands of the parties. That objection is also overruled. The appellant is granted a week's time to remove the office objection at Sr. No.12. Subject to that, the appeal is admitted.

Civil Application [CAF] No.1116/2021:

Heard.

Stay is granted to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 06/01/2021 subject to deposit of the entire decretal amount within a period of eight weeks. The claimant will be at liberty to move an application for withdrawal of the amount and the same will be considered on merits.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
