After arguing the matter for some, the learned Advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application, however, requests for direction to the Sessions Court to conclude the trial within 3 months. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
The Sessions Court is directed to conclude and dispose of the trial till 30th November, 2017. If the trial is not concluded till 30th November, 2017, the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh application.
