ORDER

(1) Applicant-Jyoti w/o Navnath Ingle, in connection with Crime No.39/2020 registered with Mangrulpir Police Station, Washim for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, be released on temporary bail on her executing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.5000/- with one solvent surety of the like amount. (2) The order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the e-mail address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law. JUDGE !! BRW !!
