Since the respondents were directed to decide the representations made by the petitioner, the petitioner seeks leave to amend the Writ Petition by placing on record the decisions taken on those representations. The amendment is allowed. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Time of three weeks is granted to the respondents to file affidavit opposing the amended pleadings.

The last line of 1st para of the order dated 16/03/2022 is corrected by replacing the said sentence as "One of the prayers in the writ petition is to decide the representations."
