DATED : 24 APRIL, 2015 Heard Advocate Shri Mehadia for the applicantspetitioners, Learned A.G.P. Shri Pathan for respondents No. 1 and 2, Advocate Shri Sohoni for respondent No.3 and Advocate Shri Parchure for respondent Sharad Dikshit, the person who filed application for intervention in Wrti Petition No. 1869 of 1998. After hearing respective Counsel, we do not find that any prejudice will be suffered by any of the respondents if parties are directed to preserve status quo as of today for the period of three months.
Accordingly, we direct all parties to maintain status quo as of today for the period of three months from 18/4/2015, i.e. the date on which writ petition came to be dismissed by this Court.
Civil application is partly allowed and disposed of accordingly.
