This petition is preferred against the order of rejection of furlough leave by impugned order dated 4.3.2015, sought by petitioner on the ground of illness of his brother.

Heard the learned counsel for both sides. Perused the medical certificate relied on by the petitioner where from it cannot be said that his brother is sustaining any serious illness though he is advised for the bed rest as he is suffering from hypertension. Moreover, it is found that earlier when petitioner was on leave was required to be arrested and brought back to prison. In that view of the matter we find no reason to interfere with the order of the competent authority. Petition is, therefore liable to be rejected as per order below.

ORDER.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 348/2015 is dismissed. 2.

No order as to costs.
