The learned counsel Shri Sangram Sirpurkar for the applicant submitted that he has instructions on behalf of the applicant to withdraw the present application since the applicant intends to file an application for discharge in case the chargesheet is filed against him in the Court. 2] His prayer is accepted.

3] The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for discharge in the event the chargesheet is filed against him.
