After perusing the investigation papers and also noticing various offence which are registered against the applicant at Police Station Koradi, Dist. Nagpur, when the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the criminal application.

The Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

Since, the counsel for the applicant is withdrawing this application, the Court is not giving detailed reasons as to why this application needs dismissal.
