Shri Vaishnav, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that though certain other prayers are also made in the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if this Court directs the second appellate authority to decide the second appeal filed by the petitioner against the order of punishment.

Shri Purohit, the learned Counsel for the respondents states, on instructions, that the second appellate authority would decide the appeal as early as possible.

In view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondents, which would be binding on the respondents, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the second appellate authority to decide the appeal of the petitioner as early as possible and positively within a period of three months. Order accordingly. No costs.
