02] By the present application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 36 days in filing the revision application. 03] Since, the applicant is a Bank and the pleadings of the revision application are to be got approved from the legal team of the Bank, it caused delay of 36 days in filing the revision application. 04] For the reasons mentioned in the application accompanied with the fact that the delay is not an intentional, the delay of 36 days in filing the revision application is condoned. 02] The order dated 12/10/2022 passed below Exh.15 in Special Civil Suit No.895/2021, whereby the application filed by the

03] Issue notice to the non-applicants.

04] Learned Counsel Mr. Karan Bhende and learned Counsel Ms. Neha Khadatkar waive service of notice for non-applicant No.1 and non-applicant No.2, respectively.
