O R D E R

(Passed on 25.09.2021) It is informed that the appellant No. 6 Ashadevi died on 25.01.2010, appellant Nos. 1, 2, 4, 5 are present. They made a statement that on behalf of them and appellant Nos. 3 and 7, they have settled the dispute and filed compromise terms marked as Article 'A'.

The contents of terms of compromise are read over to the parties who ar present and identified by their Advocate and accepted the same. 3.

All the appellants made a statement that entire amount of additional compensation which is being paid under this compromise may be disbursed to the appellant in the name of appellant No. 1 on behalf of all of them. 4.

In view of settlement arrived by the parties vide compromise terms marked as Article 'A', the matter stands disposed of as settled. The amount of additional compensation be disbursed as stated above. 5.
