It is stated that due to inadvertence, the name of the respondent No.1(E) was mentioned in the application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation as 'Anil S/o. Ramchandra Barwat' instead of 'Anil S/o. Mahadeorao Barwat'. It is stated that on account of this mistake, in the order dated 9th October, 2023, the name mentioned is 'Anil S/o. Ramchandra Barwat'. It is submitted that it needs to be corrected.

In view of the fact stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Name of respondent No.1(E) - Anil S/o.

Ramchandra Barwat appearing in para No.6 of the order dated 9th October, 2023 be corrected as Anil S/o. Mahadeorao Barwat.

Paper book be filed within five weeks, as a last chance. If the paper book is not filed within the stipulated period, then the appellant pay costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand).
