After hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant for quite some time, when the Court was disinclined to entertain the plea for bail, he sought permission to withdraw the above-referred Applications with liberty to file an application before the Court below if the trial does not proceed against the applicants, within a period of four months.

Permission granted. Criminal Application (BA) Nos. 562 and 564 both of 2021 are allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such, with liberty as prayed for.
