DATED : APRIL 23, 2015 Learned Counsel for the applicant/ appellant submits that in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Balasaheb Rangnath Khade vs. State of Maharashtra and others {2013(3) Mh.L.J. (Cri.) 99}, there is no provision for limitation in filing an appeal by a private party and, therefore, application for condonation of delay was not required to be made.
In view of the present legal position, we
