By the present application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition no.3 imposed by this Court while releasing him on bail vide order dated 06.07.2022, whereby applicant has been directed to attend the concerned police station on the 1st and the 16th day of every month between 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Learned counsel for applicant submits that the difficulty in complying the condition is that the applicant is residing at a distance of 120 km. from the police station. He is a daily wager, driver by profession. The condition affects his chances to get work on the 1st and the 16th day of the month. 2.

When inquired of the status of the trial, learned counsel for the applicant submits that some witnesses are examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

Learned A.P.P. submits that if the Court is inclined to relax the condition, the applicant be directed to diligently attend the trial.

Considering the above, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The application is partly allowed.

(ii) Condition no.3 in order dated 06.07.2022 is relaxed. However, the applicant is directed to regularly attend the court and co-operate the learned trial court to complete the trial for the above offence. The applicant shall not seek adjournments, except under extreme circumstances to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

(iii) All other conditions shall remain as they are. The application is disposed of.
