By order dated 16.04.2018, disclosure report was sought from the Arbitrator proposed to be appointed. Accordingly, Shri S.R. Dongaonkar, Retired Judge of this Court has forwarded communication dated 25.04.2018 indicating that there are no circumstances which would disentitle the learned Arbitrator from conducting the proceedings.

In view of aforesaid, the present application that has been filed under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is disposed of by confirming the appointment of Shri S.R. Dongaonkar, Retired Judge of this Court. The parties have also deposited the security deposit of Rs.25,000/- each. Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of.
