The petitioner has a remedy to challenge the award, which can be determined by the Arbitrator appointed by the State Government under Section 19B(8) of the Maharashtra Highways Act. The petitioner is, therefore, granted liberty to have the post effect provisions in accordance with law. Keeping all the questions left open, the writ petition is dismissed.
