Heard learned counsel Shri S.S. Alaspurkar for the applicant and learned counsel Mrs. M.S. Naik for non-applicant No.3. Though non-applicant Nos.1 and 2 are served, nobody is appearing on their behalf.

Applicant is an injured in a vehicular accident who filed a claim petition before the Claims Tribunal at Amravati which was partly allowed by learned Member, MACT, Amravati. The applicant filed an appeal before this Court for enhancement of compensation. However, there is a delay of 185 days. 3.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, I am satisfied that there is a good ground for condoning the delay. Hence, I pass following order:
ORDER
i) The Civil Application is allowed.
ii) The delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Office to .....2/-
