After having heard at length, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the trial Court after filing the charge-sheet so also in view of change in circumstance, which according to learned counsel for the applicant, is that the learned Sessions Court has granted bail to co-accused Bhushan.
